1. 2009-2010 League Guidelines - These are the official guidelines for the current season. Please note the change to frozen player rule. All teams in all divisions must identify 8 frozen players.

4. Captains - Frozen Player Tracking Sheet - You should use this sheet to track the number of matches your frozen players participate in. There is a sample template on the first 10 lines and you can fill your information in below that.

5. Match Score Reporting Worksheet - This sheet can be used to list your lineup and keep track of the match scores for easier input on the web. Always bring blanks and copy info from home captain so you can post if needed.
